At The Velvet Raven, we take care in packaging and shipping each order so it arrives safely and in good condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • new product releases
  • holiday periods
  • promotional events
  • unusually high order volume

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

We may offer:

  • standard shipping
  • expedited shipping
  • local pickup, if available

Available shipping options will be shown during checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • weather
  • carrier issues
  • holidays
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information

The Velvet Raven is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over for shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package
  • we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at office@thevelvetravenbethlehem.com within 5 days of delivery or expected delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the package
  • photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review each case and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Velvet Raven cannot guarantee replacement or refund, but we will do our best to assist with carrier claims where appropriate.

Preorders and Special Orders

Items sold as preorders or special orders may have longer processing and delivery times. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be listed on the product page when applicable.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise noted.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving at the store.

Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled or restocked at our discretion.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, availability, or destination. If we are unable to ship an item after purchase, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund if necessary.
